Vyra only requests and processes Meta Platform Data necessary to:

- allow users to connect their Meta business accounts;
- enable selection and management of advertising accounts; and
- provide advertising reporting and analytics.
Meta Platform Data processed may include:
- Meta user identifiers required for authentication;
- Meta business account IDs;
- Meta advertising account IDs;
- user-selected business asset references;
- access tokens required for authorized API communication; and
- advertising account data required to provide requested features.
Vyra does not request or store unnecessary personal profile content such as posts, messages, photos, or unrelated personal information.
B. Data Minimization
Vyra limits collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of Meta Platform Data to the minimum necessary.
- Only permissions required for active features are requested;
- only essential identifiers, tokens, and account data are stored; and

Meta Platform Data is not sold, shared for resale, used for advertising enrichment, or used for any secondary purpose outside the user-requested service.

Users should include the email address associated with their Vyra account and the Meta business or ad account they want deleted, if known.
Upon verified request, Vyra deletes associated Meta Platform Data within 30 days of verification, unless retention is required by law.
E. Public Authority Requests
Vyra maintains an internal process to document requests from public authorities for Meta Platform Data.
For each request, Vyra records:
- date received;
- requesting authority;
- legal basis provided, if any;
- data requested;
- affected account, if applicable;
- decision, approved, denied, or limited;
- legal reasoning for the decision;

- personnel involved in handling the request; and
- final outcome.
Vyra evaluates each request and discloses only the specific data elements required to satisfy the scope of the request. Requests that are overbroad are limited to the minimum necessary data.
